Hosts are in fact dedicated customer service agents that offer help and assistance to players.
There is no set formula or checklist to be followed in order to get a host - as long as you remain an active player, there is a possibility a host will at some point reach out to you via email.
Whilst we would love to assign individualised hosts to all our players, it simply is not feasible at this point in time.
Do keep in mind, our Customer Service team is always on hand 24/7 to help you with any issues or questions you may have.
Further to this, our detailed FAQ section is a valuable resource that many of our players find incredibly helpful, allowing them to get instantaneous answers and guidance when needed.

1. From the Chumba Casino home page, click on the burger menu (three white lines) next to the yellow BUY button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. This will open a side menu, at the bottom of that menu, you will see Contact Us.
