To see the current status of your prize redemption, follow these steps:
Make sure you are signed in before looking for the status of your prize redemption
1. From the Chumba Casino home page, click on the three white lines, next to the yellow BUY button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. This will open a side menu; on this menu, you will find Purchase and Prize history.
3. Clicking on the Purchase and Prize history will take you to a page listing all your recent transactions.
You will only be able to see the status of prize redemptions for the last two weeks, if you need history from an earlier date, please contact us here.
Please note:
- The status of a new prize redemption request will show as Pending; once approved, the status of your request will change to Approved.
- It will take 1-2 days for our Payments team to review and approve your request.
- Once the request is approved, it will be processed on the following morning (Monday to Friday).
- And once the redemption request is processed, it will take 5-10 working days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your bank.
- All changes in the status of your request will be communicated to you via email.
Please note: While your prize redemption request is pending approval, you are able to cancel your request. However, once approved, this option will no longer be available.
