How can I update my bank account details?

To update the details of your bank account, please send us a request using this form. Please include your date of birth and the last four digits of your currently nominated bank account number to speed up the process.

The verifications team will review your request and let you know of the next steps as soon as possible. 

You will then be able to add your new bank account information directly from your casino account. Please note, you would also need to upload a bank statement showing: 

• Bank name
• Date of issue
• Account owner name (Your name)
• Bank account number
• Clearing number

The document must be:

• Perfectly legible
• Dated within the last six months
• In your name

If you will be nominating a joint account, we would also need to verify the identity of a second account holder. In this case, please attach a copy of an ID document for the second account holder to your request - This may be:

• Government ID
• Passport
• Driving license
