How do I redeem my prize?

If you would like to redeem your prizes, follow the step-by-step guide below:

To redeem prizes - your account must be verified first. If you need more information on how to verify your account please click here  

If your account is already verified there will be a green tick on the REDEEM button

If your account is already verified:

1. Click on the options tab at the top right of your screen, next to the BUY button in gold

2. You will then see the REDEEM button, click it

3. You will now be able to see your balance and select how you would like to redeem your prize

You can choose to redeem your prize in the form of a:

• Gift voucher
• Cash
