What is a Prizeout?

Prizeout is a fantastic redemption option available to all our verified players, in which you can redeem your Sweeps Coins in the form of Gift Cards to a wide range of merchants that we have partnered with, including: 

• Amazon
• Airbnb
• Dunkin' Donuts
• Walmart

Merchant options continually change and are subject to a range of factors

To redeem your prize via Prizeout, simply select Prizeout a Gift Card from the redemption screen - for a step-by-step guide on how to redeem your prize, check out the following article: How do I redeem my prize? 

Once you have selected Prizeout a Gift Card, you will be presented with a list of merchants to choose from. 

You must have a minimum balance of, or greater than, 10.00 Sweeps Coins to be able to redeem & can only request one redemption at a time.

Once a gift card has been selected, you will receive an email from our redemptions team confirming receipt of your request along with all relevant transaction details, such as: 

• Username
• Email
• Reference number 
• Value 

Your Prizeout redemption request will be processed within 24-48 hours - making it a great option for those wanting to redeem their prizes at a faster rate. 

You will also receive an automated email from our prize redemption partner Prizeout, confirming receipt of your request and stating that it is being processed. 

Once your Prizeout redemption request has been approved, you will receive a second email from our redemptions team confirming its success, followed by a second email from Prizeout containing your Gift Card and instructions of use.
