Finding your transaction ID

To find your transaction ID, follow the steps below: 

1. Go to your email inbox of the email registered with Chumba Casino
2. Search for ‘Your account has been credited’ or ‘transaction id’

Make sure the transaction ID matches with the date and time of the purchase you are questioning
