What documents do I need to provide for proof of address?

In order to successfully verify your identification, we would need to receive a copy of one of the following documents, clearly displaying your current address:

• Utility Bill
• Mobile Phone Bill (from reputable carriers)
• Bank statement or letter of bank correspondence 
• Medical Insurance statement 
• Notarised lease agreement
• Salary statement or payslip
• Letter issued by any state government department (vehicle registration, tax statement or letter)
• Auto insurance

Make sure that the documentation you send is:

• Clearly readable
• No older that 6 months
• Displays your full name, address and date of issue
