How long will it take for my account to be verified?

Once you have submitted all of the required information, the process to verify your account will take between 24-48 hours. 

We look to process all account verification requests as quickly as possible.

The above timeframe is dependent on all submitted documents adhering to the required criteria

To avoid any delays in your account verification process, please do ensure you are providing the correct documentation. 

Do make sure your documentation is: 

• Legible and clear 
• Within the acceptable date range 

The verification process will begin once we have received all the required documentation from you - you will receive notification of your account status upon successful completion of the process. 

You will not be able to redeem prizes unless your account is verified

The documents required to verify your account are as follows: 

• Photo ID 
• Selfie (take a photo of yourself) 
• Proof of address (issued within past 6 months)
• Bank statement (issued within past 6 months)
