How to clear your cache will vary slightly depending on the internet browser you are using:
Computer or tablet
- Google Chrome (Mac and Windows)
- On your computer, open Chrome
- At the top right, click More (three vertical dots)
- Click More tools, then: Clear browsing data
- Select a specific range of time to delete, or select All time to delete everything
- Tick the boxes beside both Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes
- Click Clear data to complete
- Safari (Mac)
- On your computer, open Safari
- Locate History on the menu bar found at the top left of the screen and click it
- Select Clear History at the bottom of the menu
- Select how far back you would like to clear from
- Press Clear History
- Firefox (Mac)
- On your computer, open Firefox
- Locate History on the menu bar found at the top left of the screen and click it
- Select Clear recent history
- Select how far back you would like to clear from
- Select the data you would like to clear (including cache)
- Press OK
- Google Chrome (Android)
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome application
- At the top right, tap More
- Tap History, then: Clear browsing data
- At the top, select a specific range of time to delete, or select All time to delete everything
- Tick the boxes beside both Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes
- Click Clear data to complete
- Safari (iPhone)
- Open Settings from your iPhone
- Select Clear history and website data
- You will be prompted to confirm you want to clear this data
- Once clicked through, your action will have been complete
