The way in which you take a screenshot, will vary depending on the device and operating system you are using:
Computer or tablet
- Mac (Apple)
Multiple options available, most simple: SHIFT + COMMAND + 3, this will take a screenshot of your entire screen.
You will find your screenshots saved to your desktop.
- Windows
Multiple options available, most simple: WINDOWS + PRINT SCREEN at the same time, you will capture your entire screen.
You will find your screenshots saved in Pictures, Screenshots.
Mobile device
- iOS (Apple)
If your iPhone has a home button: Press the Home button and the Side button simultaneously, then release.
If your iPhone does not have a home button: Press the Side button and the Volume up button simultaneously, then release.
For both of the above options, you will be able to find your screenshots in the folder named Screenshots, found in the Photos app.
- Android
Press the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously, you should see the screen flash slightly to signify a screenshot has been taken.
Alternatively, press and hold the Power button-down, you should be presented with a few options, select Screenshot.
If you have trouble with any of the above options, try entering the name of your device and its model number into a search engine, you should find numerous guides that may help you succeed.
